Title insurance agents are exempt from the provisions of *RCW 48.17.180 (1) that require that each individual empowered to exercise the authority of a licensed firm or corporation must be separately licensed. *Reviser's note: RCW 48.17.180 was amended by 2007 c 117 s 15, deleting subsection (1), effective July 1, 2009.
