Text
Any residual balance of funds remaining in the high occupancy toll lanes operations account repealed by section 16, chapter 421, Laws of 2019 on June 30, 2019, and any year-end accruals accounted for after June 30, 2019, from the state route number 167 high occupancy toll lanes pilot project, shall be transferred to the Interstate 405 and state route number 167 express toll lanes account created in RCW 47.56.884 .
