Text

Before establishing paths and trails, the following factors shall be considered:

(1)Public safety;
(2)The cost of such paths and trails as compared to the need or probable use;
(3)Inclusion of the trail in a plan for a comprehensive trail system adopted by a city or county in a state or federal trails plan. Severability — 1972 ex.s. c 103: See note following RCW 47.30.030 .
