A state highway to be known as state route number 213 is established as follows: Beginning at a junction with state route number 97 in the vicinity of Malott, thence northeasterly to a junction with state route number 20 southwest of Okanogan. Until such time as this route is actually constructed on the location adopted by the department, no county roads may be maintained or improved by the department as a temporary route.
