A state highway to be known as state route number 181 is established as follows: Beginning at a junction with state route number 516 in the vicinity of Kent, thence northerly to a junction with state route number 405 in the vicinity of Tukwila. Effective dates — 1991 c 342: See note following RCW 47.01.425 . Effective dates — 1979 ex.s. c 192: "Section 6 of this 1979 act shall take effect July 1, 1980. Sections 1 through 5 of this 1979 act are necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety, the support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and shall take effect on July 1, 1979." [ 1979 ex.s. c 192 s 7 .]
