The Interstate 5 bridge replacement project toll facility bond retirement account is created in the state treasury for the purpose of payment of the principal of and interest and premium on bonds issued for the purposes of chapter 400, Laws of 2025. Both principal of and interest on the bonds issued for the purposes of chapter 400, Laws of 2025 shall be payable from the Interstate 5 bridge replacement project toll facility bond retirement account. The state finance committee may provide that special subaccounts be created in the account to facilitate payment of the principal of and interest on the bonds.
