Text
For the purpose of providing funds for the acquisition of headquarters facilities for district 1 of the department of transportation and costs incidental thereto, together with all improvements and equipment required to make the facilities suitable for the department's use, there shall be issued and sold upon the request of the secretary of the department of transportation a total of fifteen million dollars of general obligation bonds of the state of Washington.
Effective date — 2006 c 334: See note following RCW 47.01.051 .
Severability — 1990 c 293: "If any provision of this act or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the act or the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances is not affected." [ 1990 c 293 s 10 .]
