Text

The department of licensing shall establish a procedure for renewal of drivers' licenses under this chapter which does not deprive the applicant during the renewal process of an identification bearing the applicant's photograph. This identification shall be designed to and shall be accepted as proper identification under *RCW 66.16.040 . *Reviser's note: RCW 66.16.040 was repealed by 2012 c 2 s 215 (Initiative Measure No. 1183).
