Text
Before accepting an application for a permanent registration authorized under RCW 46.16A.428 , the department, county auditor or other agent, or subagent appointed by the director must require an applicant to pay a one hundred eighty-seven dollar and fifty cent fee, which must be deposited and distributed under RCW 46.68.030 .
