Text
Before accepting an application for a combination trailer license plate authorized under RCW 46.16A.450 , the department, county auditor or other agent, or subagent appointed by the director shall require an applicant to pay a thirty-six dollar license plate fee. The thirty-six dollar license plate fee must be deposited and distributed under RCW 46.68.035 .
