Text
The administrative hearings revolving fund is hereby created in the state treasury for the purpose of centralized funding, accounting, and distribution of the actual costs of the services provided to agencies of the state government by the office of administrative hearings. During the 2025-2027 fiscal biennium, the legislature may direct the state treasurer to make transfers of moneys in the administrative hearings revolving fund to the general fund such amounts as reflect the excess fund balance of the fund. During the 2023-2025 fiscal biennium, the legislature may direct the state treasurer to transfer money in the administrative hearings revolving fund to the state general fund.
