Text

(a)Annually on the first Wednesday in April, the Board shall hold its organizational meeting at a time and place designated by the Board Chair.
(b)At the organization meeting, the Board shall elect from among its membership a Chair and a Vice Chair, each of whom shall hold office for one year and until a successor is duly elected and qualified. For this election, each director present shall cast one vote, except that no director shall be elected Chair for more than three consecutive terms unless directors representing at least two-thirds of all votes entitled to be cast on behalf of all members and comprising at least two-thirds of all possible directors (including vacancies) shall so vote.
