(a)Directors. The three at-large directors shall serve staggered terms of three years. The directors appointed by the respective members shall serve staggered terms of two years. A director shall not serve more than three full consecutive terms.
(b)Subsequent boards. Any voter in any of the members may be nominated to be elected an at-large director by filing a petition signed by 25 voters of the municipalities and filing it with the Secretary of the Authority before 5:00 p.m. on the sixth Monday prior to the day of election, which shall be the filing deadline. Votes for at-large directors shall be tallied by the clerks of the respective members and certified to the Secretary of the Authority within a week of the day of election.
