The public transportation systems and facilities operating under this Authority are generally exempt from any of the regulatory provisions of Title 30 of the Vermont Statutes Annotated. However, the Public Utility Commission may impose those regulatory provisions of Title 30 of the Vermont Statutes Annotated that it may determine from time to time to be necessary.
