Text

The Clerk of the District shall be appointed by the Board of Supervisors, shall not be a member of the Board, and shall serve at its pleasure. The Clerk shall have the exclusive charge and custody of the public records of the District. The Clerk shall record all votes and proceedings of the District, including meetings of the District and meetings of the Board of Supervisors, and shall cause to be posted and published all warnings of meetings of the District. The Clerk shall prepare an annual report of the activities of the District and cause it to be distributed to its member municipalities and shall prepare and distribute any other reports required by the laws of the State of Vermont and resolutions or regulations of the Board of Supervisors.
