The Prudential Committee shall establish rates and fees for water and wastewater services, including capital improvements, provided by the Fire District, and all rates and fees shall be paid to the District Treasurer. (Added 2003, No. M-18 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. May 20, 2004.)
