§ 3 — Composition
Vermont·Title 24 Title 24 Appendix: Municipal Charters·Ch. 417 Chapter 417: Windham Solid Waste Management District
The District shall be composed of and shall include all of the lands and residents within those municipalities that vote to approve and enter into this chapter at the time of its creation, and any other municipalities subsequently admitted to the District, except for those municipalities that may withdraw as provided in this chapter.
