§ 3 — Composition
Vermont·Title 24 Title 24 Appendix: Municipal Charters·Ch. 403 Chapter 403: Central Vermont Solid Waste Management District
The District is composed of and includes all of the lands and residents within those municipalities that vote to approve this chapter at the time of its creation, and such other municipalities as are subsequently admitted to the District as provided in this chapter, except for those municipalities that may withdraw as provided in this chapter.
