§ 3810 — Issuance of certificate; records
Vermont·Title 23 Title 23: Motor Vehicles·Ch. 36 Chapter 036: Titling of Vessels, Snowmobiles, and All-Terrain Vehicles
(a)The Commissioner shall file each application received and, when satisfied as to its genuineness and regularity and that the applicant is entitled to the issuance of a certificate of title, shall issue a certificate of title of the vessel, snowmobile, or all-terrain vehicle.
(b)(1) The Commissioner shall maintain a record of all certificates of title issued by the Commissioner pursuant to section 117 of this title.
