§ 3682 — Debts and liabilities of member towns
Vermont·Title 24 Title 24: Municipal and County Government·Ch. 105 Chapter 105: Consolidated Sewer Districts
No debt or liabilities of a town that is a member of the district shall accrue against the district. (1967, No. 318 (Adj. Sess.), § 11, eff. March 22, 1968.)
