Text

The Commissioner of Finance and Management is directed to charge back against the individual departmental appropriations in all funds the amount certified by voucher of the Commissioner of Human Resources to be necessary to pay the State’s share of the employees’ group life and group hospital-surgical medical insurance. In the case of retired employees, the State’s share shall be paid from the respective Retirement Systems. (Amended 1983, No. 195 (Adj. Sess.), § 5(b); 1995, No. 123 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff.
