Text

An officer may be removed by a two-thirds vote of the board whenever, in its judgment, the best interests of the district shall be served. (Added 2015, No. 41, § 20, eff. June 1, 2015; amended 2023, No. 85 (Adj. Sess.), § 440, eff. July 1, 2024.)
