Text

(a)The forms, pleadings, and rules of practice and procedure before the Board shall be prescribed by the Board.
(b)The Board shall hear all matters within its jurisdiction and make findings of fact. It shall state its rulings of law when required. Upon judicial review pursuant to 19 V.S.A. § 5(c), the Board’s findings of fact shall be accepted unless clearly erroneous. (Added 1985, No. 222 (Adj. Sess.), § 1; amended 1993, No. 172 (Adj.
