Text

All violations of the Village ordinances and bylaws may be prosecuted in behalf of the Village by its attorneys or police officers, or by any other duly authorized prosecuting officer, before any justice of the peace of the County of Orange, or any municipal court that may hereafter be established in the County of Orange having jurisdiction in the Town of Newbury.
