Text
(a)The user of a motor truck with a gross weight or registered weight of 26,001 pounds or more shall maintain a daily record of total miles traveled and miles traveled within the State.
(b)Such records shall be retained by the user for a period of not less than four years and shall be available for inspection by the Commissioner or designated agents or enforcement officers.
