Text

The trustees of said Village shall have the sole power of granting licenses and vacating the same, within the limits of said Village, agreeably to the bylaws, rules, and ordinances thereof that the selectboard has by chapter 95 and by section 22 of chapter 119 of the general statutes; and all monies received for such licenses shall belong to the Village treasury and be paid into the same.
