Text
(a)An Agency of Administration is created. The Agency shall consist of the following:
(1)The Department of Finance and Management;
(2)The Department of Human Resources;
(3)The Department of Buildings and General Services;
(4)The Department of Libraries;
(5)The Department of Taxes; and
(6)The Department of Information and Innovation.
(b)The following units are attached to the Agency for the purpose of receiving administrative support:
(1)Connecticut River Flood Control Commission; and
