Text
(a)Recipients of emergency heating fuel or emergency aid for utility services, which are provided under the General Assistance Program, and any other federal fuel assistance programs, shall receive a form that they may sign to request that their names and addresses be made available as potential recipients of Home Energy Audits and Weatherization Programs.
(b)The Commissioner by rule shall specify the names of organizations eligible to receive a list of the names and addresses of persons signing the consent form established in subsection (a) of this section.
