Text
When federal funds are available for payment of direct financial assistance in situations caused by highway acquisition, the Agency may match federal funds to the extent provided by federal law and to provide direct financial assistance in the instances and on the conditions set forth by federal law and regulations. (Added 1985, No. 269 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
