Text
If the real estate lies in different counties, the Probate Division of the Superior Court may appoint different commissioners for each county. The estate in each county shall be divided separately as though there were no other estate to be divided. (Amended 2009, No. 154 (Adj. Sess.), § 238a, eff. Feb. 1, 2011; 2017, No. 195 (Adj.
