Text

(a)The Board of Trustees shall have charge of all prudential affairs of said corporation and perform the duties enjoined upon it by said corporation.
(b)The Board shall direct the expenditure of all monies belonging to the Village, and no money shall be expended in any department of the Village except upon the order of said Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees shall enforce the Village bylaws and regulations and direct prosecutions for the breach of a bylaw or regulation. The trustees shall have power to regulate the excavating of streets and the laying of pipes in the streets and they may issue licenses for these purposes.
(c)In case of the illness or absence of the Clerk, it shall be the duty of the Board of Trustees to warn meetings of said corporation.
