Immediately upon the delivery of its articles of association to the Secretary of State, a corporation subject to supervision under this chapter shall file a copy of its articles with the Agency of Transportation and a copy of its certificate of paid-up capital stock, if any. The corporation shall also immediately after its organization forward to the Agency of Transportation a copy of the report of its organization containing the names and addresses of the directors and other officials of the corporation.
