Certified copies of final orders or decrees of a Probate Division of the Superior Court relating to real estate shall be recorded in the office where by law a deed of the real estate is required to be recorded. (Amended 2009, No. 154 (Adj. Sess.), § 238a, eff. Feb. 1, 2011; 2017, No. 195 (Adj. Sess.), § 10.)
