Text
If the recipient of an advancement dies before the decedent, the advancement shall be reckoned against the share of those interested in the estate by right of representation of the recipient, as it would be reckoned toward the share of the recipient, if living. (Amended 2017, No. 195 (Adj. Sess.), § 10.)
