In addition to any other obligation imposed by this chapter, any person who generates low-level radioactive waste in Vermont shall comply with the reporting and financial assurance requirements as established under section 7020 of this title. (Added 1989, No. 296 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. June 29, 1990.)
