Text
A person who willfully or knowingly tampers with, interferes with, or impairs any public fire alarm apparatus, wire, or associated equipment shall be imprisoned for not more than one year or fined not more than $1,000.00, or both. (Added 1971, No. 169 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
