§ 1018 — Chair and Executive Secretary of Transportation Board

Vermont·Title 32 Title 32: Taxation and Finance·Ch. 15 Chapter 015: Salaries and Fees

(a)The annual salary of the Chair of the Transportation Board shall be fixed by the Governor.

(b)The Transportation Board shall have the authority to hire an Executive Secretary to the Board, who shall be an exempt employee. The annual salary of the Executive Secretary shall be fixed by the Board with the approval of the Governor. (Added 1975, No. 120, § 2, eff. date set out in note below; amended 1977, No. 263 (Adj.
