By January 1, 1991, each State agency that has programs or that takes actions affecting land use shall adopt an interim plan that is compatible with regional and approved municipal plans, and that is consistent with the goals established in 24 V.S.A. § 4302. By January 1, 1993, each State agency that has programs or that takes actions affecting land use shall adopt a plan that is compatible with regional plans and approved municipal plans and that is consistent with the goals established in 24 V.S.A. § 4302.
