§ 5250q — Other prohibited acts

(a) No person shall, in order to obtain a financial gain, intentionally falsify, forge, conceal, deface, or obliterate a document of gift, an amendment or revocation of a document of gift, or a refusal.
(b) A person who violates subsection (a) of this section shall be imprisoned not more than five years or fined not more than $50,000.00, or both. (Added 2009, No. 119 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
