Text

The Commissioner of Financial Regulation, with cooperation of the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles and the Commissioner of Public Safety, shall direct any company issuing policies in this State insuring against liability arising out of the maintenance, ownership, or use of any motor vehicle to provide such information, reports, and data as the Commissioner determines will reasonably identify the number and characteristics of uninsured motorists and uncompensated victims of automobile crashes in the State in order to recommend policies designed to further reduce the numbers of uncompensated victims of motor vehicle crashes.
