§ 62.1-44.15:53 — Certification of program personnel

Virginia·Title 62.1 Waters of the State, Ports and Harbors·Ch. 3.1 State Water Control Law·Art. 2.4 Erosion and Sediment Control Law for Localities Not Administering a Virginia Erosion and Stormwater Management Program

A. The minimum standards of VESCP effectiveness established by the Board pursuant to subsection C of § 62.1-44.15:52 shall provide that (i) an erosion and sediment control plan shall not be approved until it is reviewed by a certified plan reviewer;

(ii)inspections of land-disturbing activities shall be conducted by a certified inspector; and (iii) a VESCP shall contain a certified program administrator, a certified plan reviewer, and a certified project inspector, who may be the same person.
