Text
Any person licensed by the Board as a registered nurse who wishes to provide sexual assault patient treatment services or sexual assault patient transfer and stabilization services, as defined in § 32.1-162.15:2, to pediatric sexual assault patients, as defined in § 32.1-162.15:2, shall comply with the provisions of Article 8 (§ 32.1-162.15:2 et seq.) of Chapter 5 of Title 32.1 applicable to pediatric medical care facilities.
