Text

Any health care practitioner licensed by the Board to practice medicine or osteopathy or as a physician assistant, or jointly licensed by the Board and the Board of Nursing as an advanced practice registered nurse, who wishes to provide sexual assault patient treatment services or sexual assault patient transfer and stabilization services, as defined in § 32.1-162.15:2, to pediatric sexual assault patients, as defined in § 32.1-162.15:2, shall comply with the provisions of Article 8 (§ 32.1-162.15:2 et seq.) of Chapter 5 of Title 32.1 applicable to pediatric medical care facilities.
