A. To qualify for membership in a mine rescue team, an applicant shall (i) be an experienced miner;

(ii)be 50 years of age or younger; and (iii) pass a physical examination by a licensed physician, licensed physician assistant, or licensed advanced practice registered nurse at least annually. A record that such examination was taken shall be kept on file by the operator who employs the team member and a copy shall be furnished to the Director. B. A. In every instance, procedures shall be guided by the mine rescue apparatus and auxiliary equipment manuals.
