Text
Members of the Board are vested, and such agents and employees of the Board designated by it shall be vested, with like power to enforce the provisions of (i) this subtitle and the criminal laws of the Commonwealth as is vested in the chief law-enforcement officer of a county, city, or town;
(ii)§ 3.2-4207;
(iii)§ 18.2-246.14;
(iv)§ 18.2-371.2;
(v)§ 58.1-1015;
(vi)§ 58.1-1017; and (vii) § 58.1-1037.
