Text

The Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia is authorized and directed to:

(i)execute and deliver, on behalf of the Commonwealth, all agreements and modifications of agreements that relate to the Chesapeake Bay Commission; and (ii) take those actions that may be necessary to effectuate the Agreement.
