Text

Any action of the Commissioner:

(i)entering any order pursuant to subsection B of § 3.2-4722;
(ii)refusing to grant a license;
(iii)revoking a license already granted to a commission merchant; or (iv) refusing to renew a license, shall be subject to the right of appeal in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.).
