§ 81-9-104 — Expert evidence -- Violence or abuse findings -- Child relationship and reunification.

(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) (1)(a)(i) "Child custody proceeding" means a civil proceeding between the parents of a minor child that involves the care or custody of the minor child, including proceedings involving:
(1)(a)(i)(A) divorce;
(1)(a)(i)(B) separation;
(1)(a)(i)(C) parent-time;
(1)(a)(i)(D) paternity;
(1)(a)(i)(E) child support; or
(1)(a)(i)(F) legal or physical custody of the minor child.
(1)(a)(ii) "Child custody proceeding" does not include:
(1)(a)(ii)(A) a child protective, abuse, or neglect proceeding;
(1)(a)(ii)(B) a juvenile justice proceeding; or
(1)(a)(ii)(C) a child placement proceeding in which a state, local, or tribal government, a designee of such a government, or any contracted child welfare agency or child protective services agency of such a government is a
