§ 81-5-405 — Furnishing of information -- Confidentiality.
(1)(1)(a) The Office of Vital Records and Statistics shall send a copy of the filing to a person or entity described in Subsection (2), who has requested a copy.
(1)(b) The copy of the filing shall be sent to the most recent address provided by the requestor.
(2)Information contained in records that are filed pursuant to Section 81-5-401 is confidential and may be released on request only to:
(2)(a) a tribunal or a person designated by the tribunal;
(2)(b) the birth mother of the child who is the subject of the filing;
(2)(c) an agency authorized by other law to receive the information;
(2)(d) a licensed child-placing agency;
(2)(e) the Office of Recovery Services, the Office of the Attorney General, or a child support services agency of another state or tribe;
(2)(f) a party or the part
