§ 81-4-302 — Annulment -- Grounds.
A court may annul a marriage for any of the following causes existing at the time of the marriage:
(1)when the marriage is prohibited or void under Title 81, Chapter 2, Part 4, Validity of Marriage; or
(2)upon grounds existing at common law.
